Please carefully read this document, and if you do not agree with any conditions, we, the Service Provider, suggest discussing the possibility of making changes to the terms of cooperation before entering into a service agreement.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. CA Pixels LLC, the Service Provider (BIN: 231140012076; Taraz, Zhambyl Region, Kazakhstan), hereby offers any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the Client) to order services offered by the Service Provider, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1.2. All notifications and other communications related to the provision of services must be transmitted in writing using agreed-upon means of communication.

1.3. The Client and the Service Provider must be available for feedback sessions and respond to each other's messages transmitted using the agreed means of communication in a timely manner (within 3 working days).

1.4. Before starting work on the project, both parties will discuss all details of the Service Agreement in an offline or online meeting, which the Client and the Service Provider must also sign.

1.5. A scanned or electronic copy of the Service Agreement, mutually signed by the parties and transmitted using the agreed means of communication, will be considered a validly executed original.

1.6. Both parties must also acknowledge and agree that electronic signatures are considered legally binding and enforceable for all purposes in accordance with the Service Agreement.

1.7. Both parties will be required to confirm their authority to enter into the Agreement on behalf of their organizations.

2. PROJECT TIMELINE

2.1. If the Client wishes to order a project, they can do so using the following methods: (1) contact us using the phone number located in the Menu section of our website (capixels.com); (2) send us an email at [email protected]; (3) send us a message on Telegram or WhatsApp (chat links are provided in the Menu section of our website); (4) or use the contact in the Contact Us section of our website.

2.2. Through the chosen communication channel, the Service Provider and the Client jointly select a convenient date and time for the first offline or online meeting. Both parties provide necessary project information, including precise (or approximate) completion deadlines, the total cost of all services, the number of feedback sessions, and methods of informing the Client about project progress. 2.3. The project timeline directly depends on the project's complexity, timely feedback, and the provision of necessary materials by the Client. It is also influenced by project complexity and potential difficulties, such as software or tool issues, hardware failures, and/or data loss.

3. COST OF SERVICES AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

3.1. The Service Agreement comes into effect once the first installment has been paid.

3.2. The Client acknowledges responsibility for all additional project expenses, such as custom website domains, unlimited form submissions, website plans, fonts, music, video, and/or images. If the Client already possesses the necessary resources, they must timely provide all required materials for the project (within 3 working days).

3.3. The discussed production cost includes all taxes, and no additional payments are required after all installments have been paid.
